Kiryu gets accepted into a well-paying clinical trial part-time job. There seem to be a lot of emergency cases, so he's forced to wait in the same room as Ichimura, a girl in the same seminar he's had a crush on! When they start talking, they find out they share the same interests in games and manga, and the two hit it off. 
However, a side effect of the clinical trial drug causes him to get an incredible erection... Just when he thinks Ichimura will be put off, he notices that she's acting strange too! They decide to give each other "appropriate treatment"!
